Weekly Small-Group Sessions containing five to six men and one listener.
A 3-month commitment, for a consistent, high-trust experience.
Before joining a group, you’ll have private sessions. We want you to feel comfortable, understood, and ready to connect.

Men who value consistent group support plus on-demand individual check-ins.
Weekly Small-Group Sessions and Ongoing one-on-one support (e.g., 2+ private sessions).
Nighttime Listener Availability (10PM – 6AM) for moments when no one else is around.
On average, men remain for about 8 months.
Your group is your foundation, personal check-ins ensure you always have a direct line to relieve pain at the tough moments.

Men who wish to actively rebuild self-confidence, using tailored 1:1 and small exercises groups.

Men who wish to actively rebuild self-confidence, using tailored 1:1 and small exercises groups.
We establish assertiveness.
We design role playing exercises with you to practice handling conflicts in the future.
This prevents you from being embarrassed or caught-off guard in your future relationships .This group is only available to men who have completed the ongoing support groups and meet our criteria.
