We collect data from you when you visit our website or register to use the Echo and gather data when you participate in the our introductory and group calls.

When registering to use Echo you will be asked to enter your name and university e-mail address. You may, however, browse the website without registering. Your provided e-mail address will be verified once you respond to our outreach email upon registering.

When you visit the website or register, we record the general area from which the site was visited . We also may retain server logs which include the IP address of every request to our server.

In our introductory calls we note down details including but not limited to your name, age, reasons for joining, interests, and goals. We may keep these to understand if we are meeting your needs and to customise the Echo experience.

How do we store your data?

We securely store your data on servers in the United States (US) as Squarespace is our host. Any other information collected on call would be stored on our servers and storage devices in the United Kingdom (UK).

What do we use your data for?

Any of the data we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To improve our community — we continually strive to improve our community offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
